Installer Referral Disclaimer
Last updated: July 2026
TradePlus Flooring supplies flooring products and does not directly perform installation work. This disclaimer explains how installer referrals work.
Independent businesses
Installation services are provided by independent businesses. TradePlus Flooring supplies flooring products and does not directly perform installation work. When we refer you to an installer, we are providing a referral to a separate, independent business.
No endorsement or guarantee
A referral does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of an installer's work, pricing, availability or conduct. You should make your own enquiries, including checking the installer's licence, insurance and references, before engaging them.
Verification status
Where an installer is described as “verified”, this means an administrator has completed a basic check. It does not guarantee ongoing licensing, insurance or workmanship. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself about any installer you engage.
Separate contract
Any installation work is performed under a separate contract between you and the independent installer. TradePlus Flooring is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, warranties or liabilities of the installer.
Area coverage
Installer availability varies by area. Where no verified installer is available for your area, contact us and we will try to assist, but we do not guarantee that an installer can be arranged.
