TradePlus Flooring (“we”, “us”) is a flooring product supplier based in Brisbane, Queensland. We supply flooring products. We do not directly perform installation work. When you request installation assistance, we may refer your enquiry to an independent installation business.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including through:

• Quote request forms (name, phone, email, suburb or postcode, product interest, approximate area, message).
• The flooring calculator (room measurements, selected product and colour, contact details collected after a calculation is shown).
• Trade enquiry forms (name, business name, phone, email, ABN if provided, project location, approximate floor area, product of interest, required date, additional details).
• Phone and email enquiries made to us.
• Installer referral requests, where you ask us to connect you with an independent installer.

We also collect technical information automatically, including device type, browser, pages visited, and referrer. If you arrive via an advertisement, we may receive advertising click identifiers (for example GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID) and UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content).

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or estimate.
• To process trade and wholesale enquiries.
• To refer you to an independent installer when you request installation assistance.
• To improve our website, products and services.
• To measure the performance of our website and advertising (see “Analytics and advertising” below).

4. Sharing with independent installers

TradePlus Flooring supplies flooring products and does not directly perform installation work. If you request installation assistance, we may share the details needed to arrange that referral (for example your name, contact details, suburb, product of interest and approximate area) with an independent installation business so they can contact you. The independent installer is a separate business and is responsible for their own handling of your information once they receive it.

5. Analytics and advertising tracking

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) to understand website usage and campaign performance. These tools may set cookies and collect non-personal event data. Advertising click identifiers are used to attribute conversions to campaigns. We do not include your personal information (such as your name, email or phone number) in the analytics event parameters we send.

6. Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely within our website platform and may be sent to our business email (order@tradeplusflooring.com.au) for handling. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
